Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026

This policy explains how Alyamama Software Company (Yamama Software for Communications & IT), Commercial Registration 7054462697, handles your personal data when you visit this website. We comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations, and with the EU General Data Protection Regulation where it applies, since this site's servers are located in the European Union.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data on two bases: your explicit consent for analytics and marketing cookies, which you may withdraw at any time; and legitimate interest for operating and protecting the site and replying to what you send us. We do not process any sensitive personal data through this website.

What we collect

Your language and theme preferences are stored in your browser via localStorage and are never sent to us. Your cookie choice is stored on your device in the same way. If you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, organisation and message. If you accept analytics or marketing cookies, the tools listed below collect device identifiers and browsing data.

Cookies and measurement tools

No analytics or advertising tool loads before you consent. If you accept, we may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat to measure and improve campaign performance. You can change your choice at any time via the “Privacy settings” link in the footer. Declining does not affect your use of the site.

Server logs

Our web server records ordinary access logs, including IP address, timestamp, requested page and browser type. These are used only to operate and protect the site and are not used to build a profile of you. They rotate automatically, retaining at most three files of ten megabytes each — a few weeks of traffic.

Transfers outside the Kingdom

This website is hosted with a service provider in France, inside the European Union, which means server logs are processed outside Saudi Arabia. The measurement platforms named above likewise process data outside the Kingdom under their own policies. This concerns this marketing website only, and is not the hosting model for the systems and platforms we build.

Retention

Server logs: a few weeks, by automatic rotation. Contact correspondence: up to twenty-four months from our last exchange, then deleted unless it has become an active contractual relationship. Your cookie choice: twelve months, after which we ask again.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. Your data reaches our hosting provider, the measurement platforms you consented to, and our corporate email provider when you write to us. No one else.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to request a copy of it, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Write to info@yamamasoftware.com and we will respond within thirty days. If our response does not satisfy you, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), the competent supervisory authority.

Children's data

This site is aimed at businesses and government bodies, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen. If we learn that a minor's data has reached us without guardian consent, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page, and where a change is material and affects the basis of your consent, we will ask for your consent again.
